Shipping policy
Orders placed on show-time.shop are prepared and shipped by OVERVIEW SAS, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France.
1. What delivery methods are available?
SHOW-TIME.SHOP works with several carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, La Poste) depending on your delivery location. These companies provide tracking and delivery in the best conditions.
2. Tracking your order
Validated orders are shipped within 5 business days.
- As soon as your order is packed, we send you an email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.
- You can also track your order by logging in to your customer account, under Orders.
- Standard delivery times are 3 to 5 business days, excluding customs clearance times. They may be slightly longer during peak periods. If you see no tracking update for 10 days, contact us at contact@show-time.shop or contact the carrier directly.
3. Changing the address or cancelling the order
SHOW-TIME.SHOP does not allow the delivery address of an order in progress to be changed. Some carriers do, however, allow you to contact them directly to adjust the delivery arrangements.
An order that has been paid and validated cannot be cancelled, without prejudice to the 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt that consumers enjoy (see the return and refund policy).
4. How delivery costs are calculated
Delivery costs depend on the destination country (zone) and the total weight of the parcel, which corresponds to the packaging format. They are calculated automatically and shown before payment. For an order of several artworks, the total weight of the cart determines the rate.
All rates are in euros, including taxes.

The French overseas departments and territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, etc.) fall within Zone 6.

6. Customs and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom), customs duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. They are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price or in the delivery costs.
Exporting certain artworks outside the European Union may require a cultural goods export certificate or licence, depending on their age and value.
7. Receipt
On receipt, check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery person if possible. In case of damage, record precise reservations with the carrier and notify us at contact@show-time.shop as soon as possible, with photographs of the artwork and the packaging.
Risk passes when the artwork is handed over to the buyer or to the person designated by the buyer (Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code).
8. "Price on request" artworks
Artworks offered "price on request" cannot be ordered online. Delivery terms are then agreed directly with the gallery: contact@show-time.shop.
